I heard the PC ver had stuttering issues and other non-consistent resolution issues. Because I don't have access to my PS5 most of the year, I was wondering whether it would be worth buying the PC version instead. I do already own on PS4 with the PS5 patch but I'd need to buy the DLC to be able to play that for the first time. I recently finished Crisis Core Reunion and I wanted to replay 7 remake. The big upside of selling on PC though is that you can sell your games indefinitely regardless of generations while on console they end up stranded on the old plastic box until a remake or remaster is commissioned, or now you get a really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ version on PSPlus. Elden Ring and Cyberpunk proved the numbers are there but not every release grabs the attention of PC gamers all at once like that. And with the way GPU prices are going that divide is just going become more apparent. There's people on PC that play nothing but strategy games, mp titles, or indy pixel games. I say all this from the position of being a PC gamer myself, we just have to remember that we're truly the minority I don't think console is a bigger market than PC, i think it's a bigger AAA market and has much less variety than PC. Most people do NOT play games on their computer, primarily for the simple facts that it's more expensive to get a decent computer that can sufficiently run newly released games, and it requires more work. Yeah i think it's easy for the PC master race folk to forget that console gaming is a significantly, immensely larger market (and mobile gaming is exponentially more common than both console and PC, hence why all of these companies are devoting a ton of resources toward it).
